I started playing hockey when I was 5 years old in a small town in Ontario, Canada, on the outdoor rink at the end of my street.  I went to Northeastern University (Boston, USA) on an ice hockey scholarship where I played NCAA Division 1 hockey, and Captained the team in my senior year.
 
I moved to Australia in 1995 and continued playing here. I have represented Australia at 3 World Championships, played in 5 Australian National Championships, and been part of the Goannas team in AWIHL since its inception in 2005.

My major accomplishments in Australian Hockey:
•    Member of the 2007 Australian World Championship
      Gold medallist team in England
•    Member of the 2008 Australian National Team that
      competed in Finland
•    Member of the 2011 Australian World Championship
      Silver medallist team in Australia
•    2 time South Australian Women’s  Team Australian
      National Championship Gold Medallist
•    South Australian Women’s Team  Australian National
      Championship Silver Medallist
•    2 time Queensland Women’s Team Australian
      National Championship Silver Medallist
•    Awarded’ Best Offensive Player’ Goannas 2009-2010
      Season
•    Voted as winner of  ‘The Goanna Award’  Goannas
      2010-11 Season

I currently train both on and off ice in Townsville for an average of 8 hours per week and travel to all games in either Brisbane or other Australian capital cities.

As a Goanna award winner, I am proud to be a member of the team and looking forward to winning our first AWIHL Championship.
